This is the second time Travon has been to my house for a problem. He is knowledgeable, through, and takes care of whatever is wrong. Additionally he did my fall service to my furnace and did an excellent job. I wish they could assign him to my address permenantly.

As an added service, the free water tank flush was proactively scheduled by the Dor Mar team. Service was great. I needed my sump pump and toilet fixed. Anthony explained what they planned to do and provided estimated costs. They were ready to start the work before I was ready. :) Anthony came back when I was ready. He performed his work timely. When Anthony was done he walked me through his steps to replace/fix both issues. He explained a few things to look out for if my sump pump is running too long. Anthony had great knowledge and his service top notch.

POF expansion tank. Needs repipe but going to take care of expansion tank alone outside of warranty. Please send a plumber with 3/4 press jaws

Unit not heating. Found problem to be dirty flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor off. During process of cleaning sensor I found a little piece missing from shaft. Will need estimate for new flame sensor sent to customer. Unit is up and running after cleaning flame sensor

THIUNIT NEVER HAD HEAT WORKING. WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE THERMOSTAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE HEATING LEG HOOKED UP. HOOKED UP THE WIRES SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING JOB COMPLETE
