They were ready to start the work before I was ready. :) Anthony came back when I was ready. He performed his work timely. When Anthony was done he walked me through his steps to replace/fix both issues. He explained a few things to look out for if my sump pump is running too long. I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job that involved performing ac and furnace maintenance. One of the tasks I performed was replacing a capacitor on the ac unit. This capacitor is responsible for regulating the voltage and current flow in the system, and it can wear out over time. I arrived at the customer's home and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very pleased with the service and thanked me for my help.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance. Found system to be a little low on refrigerant. Added 1lb of 410a to system.
System low on refrigerant customer wanted to quote on replacement so I built one for him, but he has a friend that does heating cooling. He wants to just make sure that's a good price said he would get back with me by the end of the day I told him I would wait until then to run his card for service if he bought a system, I would waive the charge for today. He has my card.
